Duties and Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
- Provide personalised recommendations and services tailored to individual guest preferences and needs.
- Handle special requests, including arranging flowers, gifts, transportation, or unique accommodations.
- Maintain and update concierge resources, such as brochures, maps, and information on local attractions.
- Stay informed about local events, dining options, entertainment, and services to offer accurate and valuable guidance.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled efficiently and seamlessly.
About You
You’ll bring proven experience within a concierge department, ideally gained in a premium hotel environment. With exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you have a strong guest-focused approach and the ability to anticipate and respond to needs with professionalism and efficiency. Your in-depth knowledge of local attractions, dining, and services enables you to provide personalised recommendations and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay.
