Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is conveniently tucked away in upmarket Marylebone, located in the heart of London’s West End, featuring views over the charming gardens of Portman Square. With 440 sophisticated guestrooms including 50 suites, plus 11 distinctive meeting spaces, the hotel offers a full range of services tailored to serve the needs of business and leisure travellers alike. What You Will Do
- Knowledge of content and method of preparation of all beverage items in the menu
- Accountable to assist in all preparation required prior to opening
- Responsible to ensure correct stock is requisitioned, checked and stored in the bar
- Monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage
- Ensure cleanliness of bar is maintained including fixtures and fittings
- Assist guests during their stay and handle guest complaints
- Maximise revenue opportunities through upselling
- Provide all required information about the hotel, available services and facilities
