The hotel offers 205 stylish guest rooms and suites, 4 meeting spaces, 1 restaurant and 1 signature bar.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the operational running of the breakfast service, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.
- Communicate departmental goals clearly to your team in alignment with the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager.
- Maintain strong communication within the team to foster collaboration and consistency.
- Implement action plans to uphold the highest standards of customer service in line with company objectives.
- Train, guide, and empower team members to resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
