Position Overview

As HR Coordinator at Hyatt Regency Birmingham, you will support the HR function across the full employee lifecycle, acting as a key point of contact for colleagues and supporting recruitment, onboarding and HR administration. This is a full‑time, on‑site role, working 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR administrative support
  • Coordinate recruitment and interviews
  • Maintain employee records
  • Support onboarding and documentation
  • Assist with payroll administration
  • Support engagement initiatives
  • Act as first point of contact for HR queries

Qualifications

  • Previous HR experience, preferably in a similar hotel environment
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proactive and people‑focused
