About Hyatt Regency London Olympia—the hotel will offer 204 bedrooms, a bar and restaurant, a welcoming lobby lounge and three meeting rooms, with direct connectivity to Pillar Hall and the International Convention Centre. As a new opening, the hotel presents an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and be part of the opening of a landmark new hotel.
Duties And Responsibilities Related To The Part-Time Bartender Role:
- Provide personalised and attentive service, anticipating guest needs and preferences to create memorable experiences.
- Take responsibility for the setup, smooth operation, and closing of the bar.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the bar menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations, to confidently advise guests.
- Follow departmental standard operating procedures to uphold service consistency and quality.
- Promote and upsell premium drinks, special offers, and food pairings to enhance guest satisfaction and maximise revenue.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
About You:
Previous experience as a bartender in a premium hospitality environment is preferred. You have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
