Duties and responsibilities related to the Assistant Night Manager role:
- Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service throughout the night, delivering a seamless and memorable experience.
- Manage late check-ins, early check-outs, and respond efficiently to guest requests.
- Oversee night audits to ensure accurate recording of daily transactions and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Deputise in the absence of the Night Manager and conduct Briefing for all staff during Night Shift.
- Inform all Overnight staff of nightly activities, group and VIP arrivals as well as special requests.
- Maintain and monitor health, safety, and security procedures, conducting regular patrols and inspections to safeguard guests and hotel property.
About You:
You bring proven experience in hotel front office operations, with previous supervisory or management exposure ideally gained within a premium hotel environment. Organised, adaptable, and guest-focused, you support the smooth running of overnight operations, lead team members effectively, and handle guest concerns with professionalism. Confident in making decisions and managing competing priorities, you help maintain exceptional service standards and operational excellence throughout the night.
