Pastry Demi Chef de Partie Duties & Responsibilities of a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie Prepares and presents high-quality pastries and desserts in accordance with recipes and presentation standards. Assists the Pastry Chef in daily kitchen operations and inventory checks. Maintains strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the pastry section.
