Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping our talent pipeline and supporting the recruitment of exceptional colleagues across London. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager London, you will help deliver an outstanding candidate experience while ensuring that Hyatt continues to attract and retain the best talent in hospitality. This is a fixed term role offered as maternity cover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post and manage job adverts on internal and external hiring platforms, ensuring brand consistency and visibility.
- Assist in reviewing applications and conducting pre-screening and interviews through phone, video, or in-person formats, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
