The Opportunity Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Night Chef de Partie to join our Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill team. In this role, you will take ownership of a designated section of the kitchen during night operations, collaborating closely with the Night Sous Chef and wider culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for late-night service, in-room dining, and early breakfast preparations. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining Hyatt’s reputation as a leading hospitality company, while nurturing your own growth and inspiring those around you. As a Night Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in leading your section with precision, creativity, and consistency during overnight shifts. Section Leadership: Manage and oversee a specific kitchen section during night service, ensuring readiness, organisation, and excellence. Team Development: Support and guide Night Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. Compliance & Hygiene: Uphold rigorous food safety and hygiene standards in line with HACCP and company policies. Operational Efficiency: Maintain equipment and workstations, ensuring smooth overnight service and adherence to kitchen protocols.
