- Oversee food costs, ensuring alignment with budget and the hotel’s business plan.
- Lead seasonal menu changes, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to our offerings.
- Ensure all kitchen colleagues adhere to punctuality, uniform, and grooming standards.
- Supervise and maintain service standards as outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual.
