Duties & Responsibilities as a Team Leader - Events Service:
- Oversee all event service activities during the day shift, including opening and closing duties, and help coordinate with other F&B outlets.
- Supervise and support the team, ensure breaks are taken on time, and help train new staff when needed.
- Handle guest feedback and work with the team to meet service and satisfaction goals like Hyatt and GEM.
- Provide guests with correct information about the hotel and its services, and collaborate with other departments to improve their experience.
- Request food, drinks, and supplies for the department, and help reduce waste and control costs, including casual staff hours.
- Keep track of any maintenance issues in the department and ensure they are fixed quickly.

You guide and support your team to deliver excellent guest service, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain high standards of quality. Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage leadership is preferred.
