Duties & Responsibilities related to the Bar Manager role

Inspire, train and develop a high-performing bar team, delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences
Curate and refine an innovative drinks programme – from award-winning cocktails to rare spirits – while maintaining the bar\’s distinct character and luxury positioning
Oversee the hotel\’s full beverage offering, ensuring consistency, quality and profitability across restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and events
Manage inventory, cost controls and supplier partnerships to safeguard premium standards and operational excellence
Collaborate with marketing, events and hotel teams to create exclusive experiences that attract both internal and external audiences and drive engagement
