Duties and responsibilities related to the MICE Sales Manager role:
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with all customers to provide profitable and efficient account management.
- Use reports, local knowledge, competitive analysis and networking skills to find new opportunities for the hotel.
- Attract revenue in line with our business strategy and budget.
- Implement agreed Sales Action Plans related to their market areas.
- Follow up on all potential sales leads.
- Carefully plan sales calls into defined objectives.
- Conduct extensive competitor research and maintain excellent product knowledge of the hotels.
About You:
You have previous experience in a sales management role within the premium hospitality segment, ideally within a hotel environment. With excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, you take a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth. Professional, adaptable, and client-focused, you excel at building long-term business relationships while aligning with overall business objectives.
