In this hands-on role, you'll enhance the visibility and identity of our hotel, restaurants, and bar through strategic marketing campaigns and compelling brand storytelling. You will lead integrated marketing initiatives that captivate guests, spotlight our F&B offerings, and drive measurable commercial success.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of annual marketing plans for the hotel, with a strong emphasis on promoting its F&B outlets ensuring alignment with commercial targets and brand positioning.
  • Be responsible for all brand, digital, and marketing activity across channels.
  • Manage content creation for social media, websites, and paid media, ensuring all posts are on-brand and timely.
  • Deliver targeted campaigns that drive both brand awareness and commercial results.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay attuned to culinary trends, guest dining behaviours, and competitor activity in the local hotel, restaurant, and wider hospitality scene.
  • Build strong local connections through PR, influencer engagement, and strategic partnerships.
  • Support overall commercial goals through coordinated marketing efforts across F&B, Rooms, and Meetings & Events, ensuring balanced attention.
  • Collaborate closely with key departments to create campaigns that support outlet goals and enhance the guest experience.
