Duties & Responsibilities as a Breakfast Manager

  • Oversee the daily operation of the breakfast service, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience
  • Lead, train, and motivate the breakfast team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained
  • Manage staffing levels, rotas, and team performance during breakfast shifts
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders, and control food waste and costs
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations at all times
  • Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain timely and accurate service
