Duties and responsibilities of the F&B Team Leader – City Lounge:
- To be responsible and accountable for the operational running of their area of responsibility. This will include managing a team of full time and casual employees.
- To ensure Team members have clear achievable objectives in line with the departments annual Plan and long-term goals set at performance Development and is review and revised regularly.
- To ensure that departmental strategy is communicated to all colleagues in their area of responsibility in liaison with the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager.
- Maintain effective communication within the team.
- To implement actions from action plans to ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained in line with companys goal.
- To train and empower staff in the team to resolve customer concerns with the least amount of inconvenience.
- To support and maintain labour cost in accordance with guidelines set by the Director of Food and Beverage/Restaurant Manager and create weekly forecasted rotas, and support with payroll tasks.
