Demi Chef de Partie Duties and responsibilities: Prepare and present dishes in accordance with standard recipes, ensuring proper garnishing and presentation before service. Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, seasonal produce, and emerging culinary products. Collaborate with kitchen team members and develop positive working relationships with senior chefs and leaders. Supervise and support Commis Chefs and Apprentice Chefs as needed.
