Duties & Responsibilities related to the Bar Manager role:

  • Drive service excellence by maintaining high standards in beverage quality, presentation, and overall atmosphere.
  • Manage, train, and inspire the bar team, fostering a culture of professionalism, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and curate an innovative drinks programme that reflects Leaf & Cane’s unique concept and keeps the offering fresh and exciting.
  • Oversee all aspects of beverage service, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational efficiency across the venue.
  • Control inventory and costs, manage supplier relationships, and implement strategies to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create and deliver engaging promotions and experiences that strengthen the brand and attract guests.
