Our stylish hotel, which has inimitable river views and is situated between Lambeth and Vauxhall bridges, just south of the river. The hotel hosts 142 bedrooms including exquisite suites.
As a Meeting & Events Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in generating and converting meetings and event leads, with a strong focus on driving bookings into our private event spaces and increasing revenue across our food & beverage outlets. Collaborating closely with the operations team, you will ensure that all events meet the highest standards of service and exceed client expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities- Business Development
- Proactively identify and secure new meeting and event business opportunities through direct sales, networking, and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, event planners, and agencies.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel's meetings and event offerings.
- Client & Relationship Management
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and prospective clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for meeting, events and F&B clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service.
- Drive repeat business by enhancing the overall guest experience and cultivating loyalty.
- Sales Strategy & Planning
- Support the development and execution of the hotel's F&B and events sales plan.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and F&B leaders to align initiatives with revenue and branding goals.
- Monitor market trends, guest preferences, and competitive activity to guide sales strategy.
- Sales Performance & Reporting
- Meet or exceed revenue targets through active sales efforts and account management.
- Produce accurate sales forecasts and reports to evaluate business performance and inform future actions.
- Track pipeline activity, lead generation, and conversion to ensure consistent growth.
- Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with the F&B, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality events and experiences.
- Participate in sales meetings, promotional planning, and operational briefings to ensure alignment across departments.
- Lead and inspire hostess or restaurant sales teams where applicable.
- Community Engagement & Brand Visibility
- Represent the hotel at relevant networking events, trade shows, and industry associations.
- Support initiatives that enhance the hotel's presence in the local community and key markets.
- Promote awareness of Hyatt F&B offerings and maintain strong brand representation.
- Guest Experience
- Actively participate in hosting client site inspections, familiarization trips, and on-property events.
- Ensure smooth handling of special guest requests and feedback through clear communication and follow-up.
- Promote loyalty programs and other guest engagement tools to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Responsible Business
- Identify operational challenges and work with relevant departments to implement solutions.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, health and safety procedures, and legal compliance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including acting as Manager on Duty when required.
