The role involves day-to-day management of the hotels groups, meetings and events, to co-ordinate and maximise all enquiries and bookings. You will be responsible for building strong working relationships with clients by ensuring you maintain regular contact by phone, email and in person. You will have already worked in a targeted working environment.
