As Nights Receptionist you are accountable for delivering a superior reception experience for our guests. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:
- Demonstrating a high level of customer service at all times
- Checking in/out of guests and completing night audit procedures as required
- Assisting guests with any queries they may have during their stay
- Ensuring compliance with all elements of Fire Life Safety
- Attending all training courses as required
- Having a great knowledge of World of Hyatt membership benefits and statuses
- Registering guests promptly providing all necessary information to ensure guest's comfort and Hyatt standards
- Registering updated guest information into the system immediately and accurately
- Filing all Registration Cards and back up from other outlets in the filing tray before leaving your shift
- Charging all Virtual card payments during the night for next day arrival
- Inserting wake up calls that are requested by guests and following them up
- Answering the phone in a professional manner and up to the Hyatt standards
- Maintaining an accurate filing system
- Printing out breakfast reports for the F&B team
Ideally you have already gained work experience in the same or similar role, preferably within a prestigious hotel environment.
