Duties And Responsibilities Related To The Room Attendant Role:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, linen rooms, and storage areas in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Replenish guest supplies and ensure housekeeping trolleys are fully stocked and organised.
- Maintain daily room checklists to ensure thoroughness and efficiency in all cleaning tasks.
- Assist with the collection, sorting, and delivery of linens to support smooth housekeeping operations.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping supervisors and team members to support smooth operations and high levels of guest satisfaction.
About You:
- Previous experience in a premium hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, and proficiency in conversational English to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
