Key Accountabilities
- Lead the implementation of the Hotel People & Culture Plan, ensuring alignment with Hyatt’s culture, values, and budget.
- Partner with GM, HODs, and central teams to drive succession planning, internal development, and a coaching culture, fostering respect, inclusion, and wellbeing across all associates.
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment and promote Hyatt as an employer of choice through local and online channels, demonstrating empathy and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, HR system management, compliance with employment law, payroll, absence management, and performance processes, upholding integrity and fairness in all decisions.
- Develop and implement learning and development initiatives, encouraging innovation and experimentation while ensuring brand compliance and personal growth for all associates.
- Drive reward, recognition, and engagement programs, including surveys, social activities, and employee well‑being initiatives, reinforcing Hyatt’s commitment to associate wellbeing and respect.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws, health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and industry standards, modelling integrity and accountability.
