Your Role
We are seeking a dynamic and operationally driven F&B Operations Manager to lead the charge across our hotel’s vibrant venues and event spaces. If you thrive on the floor, lead by example, and bring precision to every service detail—this one’s for you.
Your Impact
- Lead From the Frontline: Take full ownership of daily F&B operations across bars, restaurants, and event functions—ensuring seamless execution, exceptional service standards, and real-time team support. This is a hands-on operational role, requiring you to lead from the front on the floor. This role requires full flexibility in terms of working days and hours.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Monitor costs, stock, and supplier performance with a sharp eye on profitability, efficiency, and compliance. Use insights and reporting tools to refine operations and hit commercial targets. Use your expertise to drive guest satisfaction scores to achieve targets.
- Menu & Experience Oversight: Collaborate with culinary and beverage leads to evolve drink menus, seasonal activations, and guest experiences that reflect creativity, quality, and local influence.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, coach, and inspire a skilled and service-driven team. Run daily briefings, lead training, and foster a culture of accountability, pride, and continuous improvement.
- Guest-Focused & Floor Presence: Be a visible leader across all outlets—interacting with guests, supporting staff in the moment, and maintaining high standards from setup to closing.
