We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Experience in supervising a team of wait staff.
- Effectively manage staffing costs by preparing efficient work schedules in line with legal requirements.
- Control and analyse departmental costs on an ongoing basis.
- Experience in restaurants and ability to express your passion for creating one-of-a-kind experiences for our guests and team members, embodying our commitment to exceptional service.
- Dive into meaningful conversations with guests, sharing insights on Sicilian Cuisine, sustainability efforts, and our award-winning environmental initiatives.
