Duties and responsibilities related to the Front Office Duty Manager role:
- Oversee daily front office operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Supervise all Front Office operations during your shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, support, and train team members including Supervisors, Hosts, and Guest Service Agents.
- Monitor guest accounts, credit limits, and open folios for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support team development through feedback, coaching, and regular performance check-ins.
- Support the Night Team with occasional overnight shift coverage during holidays, absences, or operational requirements.
You’re a confident and service-driven professional with experience in Front Office leadership, ideally within a hotel environment.
