This role is unlike any other in our hotel and you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a first class enjoyable and comfortable stay.

What do we need from you?

  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques: You will have a basic understanding of maintenance and repair techniques for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other equipment commonly found in hotels.

  • Attention to detail: You’ll need an eye for detail to be able to identify potential maintenance issues before they turn into bigger problems.
  • Time management: You’ll need to be able to effectively manage your time to prioritise key hotel projects
  • Technical skills: Basic knowledge of computer systems, software programs and digital tools such as maintenance management software and online scheduling tools would be highly advantageous to allow you to track work orders, manage inventory, and communicate with other departments.
