Job Description

The Opportunity

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an ambitious and relationship-driven Leisure Sales Manager to join our Park Hyatt London River Thames team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving leisure sales strategies to grow revenue across transient and group segments, while upholding the brands commitment to excellence and authenticity.

  • Drive leisure sales strategies to grow revenue across transient and group segments.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leisure travel partners and key accounts.

  • Identify new opportunities by tracking leisure trends, competitor activity, and travel patterns.

  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows, and sales missions.

  • Partner with marketing to design leisure packages and seasonal promotions.

  • Collaborate with reservations, revenue and operations to deliver seamless guest experiences.

  • Monitor account performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.

Experience Required:

  • You are a results-driven sales professional with experience in the premium hospitality segment, ideally within a hotel environment, with strong knowledge of the leisure travel sector.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with a track record of driving revenue growth

  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships

  • Professional, adaptable, and client-focused approach to relationship management

  • Ability to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to commercial success

Experience Preferred:

  • Exposure to London-based hotels with knowledge of UK hospitality standards and local compliance

  • Experience using market intelligence tools and CRM systems to manage accounts and track performance

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
