We are seeking an experienced, service-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a hospitality‑first environment, leads by example, is hands‑on, highly communicative, wants to be part of a team environment, and maintains operational excellence while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Support breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch services
- Deliver a welcoming, high‑quality dining experience for all guests
- Embody a hospitality‑first mindset, delivering warm and genuine interactions
- Actively lead on the floor and bar, engaging with guests and team members
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and service standards throughout the restaurant
- Monitor reservations, table flow, and peak service periods
- Order for the restaurant
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise front‑of‑house and bar staff
- Conduct weekly 1‑1 meetings with all front‑of‑house staff
- Train new hires and provide ongoing food, beverage, and service training
- Foster a positive, team‑oriented workplace culture
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching
- Lead pre‑shift meetings and communicate daily goals and updates
- Support budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets
- Support monthly inventory, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate ordering with suppliers
- Support AM ordering and dry‑good parsing
- Review daily sales, cash handling, and reporting procedures
- Close the restaurant three times a week, ensuring accurate reporting with Navi and FOH service recap
- Assist with organizing invoices and orders
- Manage daily labor and staffing, ensuring an 11% labor target
Full-time position (5 working days per week with 2 consecutive days off). Expected shifts are typically 8–10 hours per day. Schedule includes a balanced mix of breakfast, brunch, and dinner service shifts. Opening shifts begin at 2:00 pm. Closing shifts begin at 12:00 am. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Three management shifts, two bar shifts.
