Duties & Responsibilities as a Receptionist

  • Ensure a seamless arrival and departure process for guests, including check-in, check-out, room escorting, and luggage delivery.
  • Verify and establish appropriate credit arrangements for all guests.
  • Collect passports and complete all required procedures in compliance with local legislation and Hyatt’s data privacy standards.
  • Handle all cash transactions and billing processes accurately.
  • Assist guests throughout their stay, addressing requests and resolving any complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Identify and maximize revenue opportunities through effective upselling techniques.
  • Provide guests with comprehensive information about the hotel’s services, facilities, and amenities.
