Duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage learning activities, including full training administration, preparing materials, promoting learning initiatives, and communicating learning calendars and updates.
  • Prepare and coordinate learning data insights and reporting for HR Leaders, supporting monthly updates and quarterly learning reviews.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of onboarding learning sessions, helping create engaging and interactive learning experiences aligned with Hyatt’s learning philosophy.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for the UK Learning Strategy, helping create opportunities for colleagues to learn and develop every day.

About you:

  • You work well in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with confidence and efficiency.
  • You build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels and communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Previous experience within the hotel or hospitality industry is highly beneficial.
