Duties and responsibilities related to the Painter role:
- Carry out maintenance tasks and repairs as directed, including painting, decorating, and minor carpentry work.
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests, ensuring a professional and courteous approach at all times.
- Conduct routine inspections and PPM checks across rooms and equipment, identifying and addressing defects proactively.
- Maintain lighting, fire doors, and general facilities to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with standards.
- Keep plant rooms and work areas clean and report any faults or abnormalities using systems such as HotSOS.
About you: You are an organised and reliable individual with experience in painting and decorating. You demonstrate strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering high-quality finishes, maintaining excellent standards of presentation, safety, and workmanship throughout the hotel.
