Duties and responsibilities related to the Outlets Manager role:
- Manage the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate teams, fostering a positive work environment and high performance.
- Maintain exceptional guest service standards, handling feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, optimise revenue, and manage inventory effectively.
- Ensure all outlets operate in line with brand guidelines, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
