Duties and responsibilities related to the Outlets Manager role:

  • Manage the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
  • Lead, train, and motivate teams, fostering a positive work environment and high performance.
  • Maintain exceptional guest service standards, handling feedback and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, optimise revenue, and manage inventory effectively.
  • Ensure all outlets operate in line with brand guidelines, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.

Proven experience in luxury food and beverage operations, with strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You will have excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
