In-Room Dining Night Waiter/ess – Duties and responsibilities
- Take and process room service orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are noted and fulfilled.
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of presentation and etiquette.
- Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to departmental standard operating procedures to uphold service levels.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.

- Previous experience in a luxury environment within the hospitality industry.
