Duties and responsibilities related to the Team Leader - Food and Beverage role:
- Sets up and carries out training of all staff at all levels, under the guidance of the Manager.
- Assists in administration work as required by the Manager.
- Conducts pre-shift briefings and maintains liaison with The Head Chef.
- Ensures restaurant grooming and appearance standards are met at all times.
- Stock take on a regular basis.
- Contributes to the building and maintenance of efficient team spirit.
- Sequence of service provided on a regular day.
- One to one with the team members.
- Creating scheduling/holidays/days off for team members including leaders.

You have previous experience in food and beverage operations, ideally within a premium hospitality environment. Highly organised with excellent multitasking abilities, you take a guest-focused approach in everything you do. With proven leadership skills, you are able to motivate, guide, and support your team while ensuring service standards are consistently met. You maintain professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
