Duties and responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional welcome and farewell to all guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling promptly, safely, and efficiently, in line with luxury service standards.
  • Guide guests to their rooms, providing a clear overview of hotel facilities, services, and in-room features.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel entrance, lobby, and surrounding areas at all times.
  • Coordinate transportation requests, including arranging taxis and offering accurate local information and directions.
  • Support the Front Office team during busy periods to ensure smooth guest flow and operational efficiency.
  • Respond proactively to guest requests and anticipate needs to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures when handling guest belongings and working in public areas.

About you

We are looking for a well-presented, personable, and service-oriented individual with a genuine passion for hospitality. Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or high-volume hotel environment is highly advantageous.
