Duties and Responsibilities - Night Supervisor

  • Oversee the preparation, completion, and accuracy of all Night Audit processes and reports.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of all Front Office functions throughout the overnight shift.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process for all hotel guests, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service.
  • Provide attentive, guest-focused support throughout the night, ensuring all needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Train, guide, and support the Night Receptionist team to uphold service excellence and operational standards.
  • Supervise and train Hosts, assist the Night Manager, and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the hotel.
  • Provide cover for the Night Manager as required by business needs.

About You

  • You have previous experience in hotel front office operations, ideally within the premium segment.
  • Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities, you take a guest-focused approach in everything you do.
  • With proven leadership skills, you are able to motivate, guide, and support your team while maintaining professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail.
