Duties and responsibilities related to the Assistant Manager Front Office Nights role:
- Responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work.
- Responsible for all Front Office functions during the overnight shift.
- The role includes supervising and training Hosts and Door Hosts.
- Perform all tasks of the Front Office as needed to facilitate service.
- Ensure all operations and cash handling are done per policies and procedures.
- Ensure that the department is appropriately staffed according to activity levels.
- Ensures that all Front Office staff are aware of all new promotions and changes.
- Ensure that check in/check out standards are adhered to.
