Duties and responsibilities related to the Team Leader - Food and Beverage role include:
- Sets up and carries out training of all staff at all levels, under the guidance of the Manager.
- Assists in administration work as required by the Manager.
- Conducts pre-shift briefings and maintains liaison with the Head Chef.
- Ensures restaurant grooming and appearance standards are met at all times.
- Stock take on a regular basis.
- Contributes to the building and maintenance of efficient team spirit.
- Sequences of service provided on a regular day.
- One-to-one with the team members.
- Creates scheduling/holidays/days off for team members including leaders.
