What you will do as a Demi Chef de Partie:
- Prepare all aspects of pastry Mise En Place (MEP).
- Assist the Chef de Partie (CDP) and Sous Chef as needed.
- Consistently produce high-quality food for all outlets.
- Maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards.
- Keep work areas and machinery clean and well-maintained.
- Manage ordering and storage of food supplies.
