Duties and responsibilities related to the Colleague Restaurant Assistant role:
- Check that all tables are disinfected before start service
- Take out all the salads and fruits to display
- Trolley cleaning and breakfast dishes to be cleaned
- Check if machines are working and are clean
- Provide Andaz colleagues with a courteous and consistent service
- Anticipate and report any shortage of food to Culinary department
- Check cutlery and trolley station frequently to anticipate shortage
- Crockery cleaning (dishwasher, trolleys)
About you:
Previous experience in a restaurant, food and beverage, or hospitality role is preferred. You bring excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach to guest interactions. You are well organised, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will have a positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and attention to detail.
