Duties and responsibilities
- Support the smooth and efficient running of the Room Service kitchen, following direction from senior chefs.
- Assist with the preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes for the in‑room dining menu, ensuring consistency and high quality.
- Help with receiving, checking, and correctly storing ingredients to maintain freshness and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas, equipment, and workstations in line with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the Room Service and wider Food & Beverage teams to ensure timely delivery of guest orders.
- Observe and learn different sections of the kitchen to broaden culinary skills and knowledge.
