What you will do as a Guest Relations Manager:
- Establish and maintain a harmonious working and professional relationship with guests, Front Office Department, Housekeeping Department and all Andaz Employees.
- Continuously drive Hyatt - especially remembering guest preferences and customer service scores.
- Oversee and manage the Guest Experience Office and ensure guests receive outstanding, seamless, 5-star service in all interactions with members of the Guest Experience Team.
- Complete all tasks on the designated task list in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary follow-up and communication is complete prior to ending the shift.
- Lead by excellent example at all times and act as the point of contact for guest issues, requests, and queries.
- Participate in daily handover from Shift Leader, act upon this knowledge (dealing with complaints, issues, and requests), and share with colleagues to ensure a smooth operation and provide exceptional 5-star service at all times.
- Schedule Guest Relations according to business needs.
