Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key ambassador for the hotel, providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, anticipating needs and ensuring a seamless and personalised journey from pre‑arrival to post‑departure.
  • Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, programmes, and services, with particular attention to VIP and special guests.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
  • Coordinate special requests and tailor services to deliver unique, personalised experiences.

About You

  • You bring previous experience in guest experience or front office, ideally within the premium hospitality segment.
  • Highly organised and proactive, you combine strong interpersonal skills with a guest‑focused approach.
