We believe hotels should be more than just places to sleep. They should be destinations, experiences, and moments in time that guests remember long after they leave. That's why we challenge the status quo, bringing bold ideas, unconventional luxury, and immersive culture to everything we do. Whether it's a neighbourhood restaurant, a rooftop bar, a chef collaboration, or a lobby that becomes the city's favourite gathering place, we create spaces that are as dynamic as the people who visit them.

The Lifestyle Group by Hyatt is a newly established collective of experience, design and culture driven hotel brands, formed in January 2025 following Hyatt's acquisition of Standard International, the parent company of The Standard and Bunkhouse Hotels brands. Our portfolio includes The Standard, Bunkhouse Hotels, The StandardX, The Manner, Andaz, Thompson, Dream, JdV by Hyatt, Breathless, and me and all hotels, each with its own point of view, all driven by culture, design, and community.

Fuelled by Hyatt's global platform, best-in-class commercial services, and the World of Hyatt loyalty programme, we're setting a new "anything but" standard in Lifestyle hospitality, where 1 + 1 truly equals 3. We're now looking for a Food & Beverage Director - Lifestyle, EAME, based in London, to lead and shape the Food & Beverage strategy across our Lifestyle portfolio throughout EAME.

We celebrate individuality, diversity, and creativity. We believe in hiring people, not just CVs. If you're ready to help define the next generation of Lifestyle Food & Beverage, we'd love to meet you.

Your role: As the Food & Beverage Director - Lifestyle, EAME, you'll provide strategic leadership and operational direction for Food & Beverage across Hyatt's Lifestyle portfolio throughout EAME. Reporting to the Head of Lifestyle Operations, EAME, you'll work across multiple brands and properties to ensure our restaurants, bars, and social spaces continue to set the benchmark for creativity, guest experience, and commercial performance. This is an above-property leadership role that combines strategic thinking with operational expertise.

You'll partner closely with General Managers, Directors of Food & Beverage, and regional functional teams to elevate performance, champion Lifestyle Food & Beverage standards, support hotel openings and transitions, strengthen owner relationships, and drive operational excellence across the region. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of Lifestyle Food & Beverage, working across concept development, commercial performance, operational excellence, and guest experience.

From supporting exciting new openings and destination dining concepts to driving profitability across existing hotels, you'll ensure every venue reflects the unique personality of its brand while delivering exceptional guest experiences and sustainable commercial success. Working across Brand, Design, Commercial, Marketing, Revenue, Finance, Development, Loyalty, and Learning & Development, you'll help bring new ideas to life.

Qualifications: Do you have what it takes to be our Food & Beverage Director - Lifestyle, EAME? We're looking for someone with miles and miles of personality, energy, and a passion for building relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and you know how to keep your cool when things get busy. You're equally comfortable inspiring hotel teams, partnering with owners, reviewing financial performance, or exploring the next restaurant, bar, or dining concept that's shaping the future of Lifestyle hospitality.

In addition to this you'll also need:

  • Around 10+ years' experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role, ideally within a Lifestyle, luxury, or boutique hospitality brand with multi-property or above-property responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success driving commercial Food & Beverage performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence across multiple hotels or venues.
  • Experience supporting hotel openings, Food & Beverage concept development, and operational transitions.
  • Proven leadership that inspires high-performing teams, develops future talent, and helps the business achieve its commercial and operational goals.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups, including owners and senior leaders.
  • A passion for Lifestyle hospitality, restaurants, bars, and emerging Food & Beverage trends.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to juggle shifting priorities across a fast-paced, ever-changing international portfolio.
  • Super-organised with excellent planning skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across the region.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Additional European languages are an advantage.
  • A can-do mindset. We're a small regional team, so this is very much a hands-on role. Enthusiasm is essential.
  • A self-starter who's equally comfortable leading strategically and rolling up their sleeves operationally.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the EAME region.
  • Able to work a varied schedule, which may include occasional evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

We are defined by our richness of personality and diversity of background and lifestyle. So, if you think you have what it takes to be our Food & Beverage Director - Lifestyle, EAME, we'd love to meet you. All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
