Duties and responsibilities related to the Finance Assistant role:
- Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper authorisation and coding.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any invoice discrepancies or queries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end closing tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to maintain strong working relationships.
