Duties and responsibilities related to the Demi Chef de Partie role:

  • To assist the CDP and Sous chef.
  • To be able to follow instructions clearly.
  • To be able to work well within a team.
  • Producing a high standard of food for all outlets consistently excellent.
  • Ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and safety.
  • Maintaining areas of work and machinery.
  • Ensure the organization’s food policy and strategy in areas such as allergen management are implemented and followed.
  • Controlling the order and storage of food supplies.

You have experience working in a professional kitchen, ideally within a premium or high-volume environment. With a hands-on approach, you support the smooth running of your section, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail in every dish.
