Schedule

Available working hours will vary each week and can range anywhere from 0 to40 hours.

Hyatt Regency London Stratford and Hyatt House London Stratford are located in the vibrant Stratford area of East London within Westfield Stratford City, one of Europe’s largest urban shopping and entertainment destinations.

Together, the hotels offer 350 contemporary guestrooms and suites along with 14 versatile meeting and event spaces. The property welcomes a diverse mix of business and leisure travellers and is within walking distance of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and the London Stadium.

Dining experiences include Elondi Restaurant & Bar, offering modern British dishes influenced by the vibrant spirit of East London and made with locally sourced ingredients. Colleagues work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting both short-stay and extended-stay guest experiences in one of London’s most vibrant and fast-evolving neighbourhoods .

Duties and responsibilities related to the Concierge role:

• Warmly greet all guests upon arrival and throughout their stay, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.




• Provide expert local knowledge and personalised recommendations on Stratford, London attractions, dining, shopping, entertainment and transportation options.




• Assist guests with arranging transport, restaurant reservations, tickets, special requests and memorable local experiences.




• Handle luggage assistance requests and coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.




• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions and services to deliver accurate and valuable recommendations to guests.

About you

Previous experience within a hotel, hospitality or guest-facing environment is preferred. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an enthusiasm for delivering outstanding guest experiences and a proactive approach to service. Knowledge of Stratford and London attractions would be advantageous, along with the ability to remain professional, organised and calm in a fast-paced environment.
