Duties and responsibilities related to the Room Attendant role:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and service areas to high cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Replenish guest amenities and supplies, ensuring rooms are fully stocked and welcoming.
  • Restock housekeeping trolleys and maintain equipment in good working order.
  • Follow daily room assignment checklists and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
  • Support deep cleaning tasks and assist with special housekeeping projects as needed.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a luxury hospitality setting is preferred, with meticulous attention to detail.
