Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and support the housekeeping team to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness across guest and colleague areas.
- Ensure guest rooms and public spaces consistently meet hotel quality and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with Guest Operations and other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and personalise the in‑room experience.
- Manage departmental staffing, scheduling, and productivity to meet business needs and KPIs.
- Oversee linen and inventory management, ensuring adequate stock and proper controls.
- Ensure guest laundry services are delivered efficiently and to required standards.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing performance feedback to colleagues.
- Support departmental budgeting, cost control, and preparation of forecasts.
- Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and local legislation.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging team culture aligned with company values.
